Yvette Tremonti is the system chief financial officer at City of Hope, bringing extensive financial and operational expertise to the institution since assuming the role in June 2024. Prior to joining City of Hope, Tremonti spent more than 20 years at another National Cancer Institute (NCI)-designated cancer center.
At City of Hope, Tremonti plays a pivotal role in leading and optimizing the organization’s most critical financial operations. She oversees the revenue cycle, ensuring efficient patient billing and collections to maintain organizational sustainability. Tremonti also manages payer relationships and oversees contract negotiations within managed care, directly supporting the hospital’s financial health. Her leadership in treasury management contributes to the enterprise-wide strategy for growth and long-term financial strength. In addition to these core responsibilities, she provides oversight of the supply chain to ensure effective procurement and distribution of resources, manages payroll operations and supervises accounting functions to uphold the integrity of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Tremonti began her career at Ernst & Young and is a certified public accountant. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa and a Master of Business Administration degree from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama.
