Honor Their Memory With Hope
Heartfelt messages, touching photos and powerful testimonies about how cancer impacted your loved one’s life are all ways to honor them. A memorial page is a virtual gathering place for friends, family and community to share stories. It’s also a way to invite donations that help fund cancer research, and hope for cures.
When you make a donation in memory of a loved one, we’ll send a personalized card with your message of support, compassion and heartfelt stories. A card for hope is one way to let someone you love know that they are not alone and that there is always community of caring friends and family.
Your memorial page can include a variety of heartfelt stories, pictures and content. Some ideas to consider include:
- Favorite photos of your loved one
- Stories that capture their spirit
- Your loved one’s hobbies and passions
- How cancer changed their life
- An invitation to others to share their memories
You can edit your page over time, and use it as a virtual gathering place to celebrate your loved one and get support for cancer research and cures.
Once your memorial page is live, you can share it in a variety of ways, and to the extent that feels comfortable to you. Some ways you can share include:
In the obituary or funeral program
Through thank you notes after the service
On meaningful dates and anniversaries
When you want to feel connected to community
On social media, as a way of raising support
Your page stays active for as long as you like. Our loved ones live forever in our hearts; your page helps celebrate those memories, while also fundraising for cancer.
