Natalie Godbee, D.O., joined City of Hope in August 2017 as a Gynecologic Oncologist. As part of a multidisciplinary team of providers at the City of Hope Atlanta Women’s Cancer Center, she serves patients with gynecologic malignancies and those needing cancer risk-reduction services. Dr. Godbee specializes in minimally invasive robotic surgery, including cytoreductive and complex benign gynecologic surgeries. In addition to her surgical services, Dr. Godbee has a special interest in growing the clinical trial portfolio at City of Hope Atlanta and focuses on incorporating molecular insights into the treatment plan for her patients.
Dr. Godbee earned her Doctor of Medicine medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine at the Georgia Campus. She then completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital where she served as chief resident. Dr. Godbee went on to complete a fellowship in gynecologic oncology at Wellspan York Hospital.
Dr. Godbee is double board certified in obstetrics/gynecology and gynecologic oncology and is a member of several organizations, including the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and Society of Gynecologic Oncology.
