Cynthia Lynch, M.D., joined City of Hope Phoenix in 2015. In her role as a medical oncologist, Dr. Lynch exclusively focuses her practice on the clinical management of breast cancer. As part of the Women’s Cancer Center at City of Hope Phoenix, Dr. Lynch works with a multidisciplinary team of specialists dedicated to cancers that affect women, including breast and gynecologic malignancies. During her career she has led numerous clinical trials, with focuses on breast malignancies, including several focused on advanced breast cancer treatments.
Dr. Lynch completed her medical degree at Hahnemann Medical College (Drexel University College of Medicine) followed by a fellowship in internal medicine at Cleveland Clinic Florida. Deciding to specialize in oncology, Dr. Lynch completed a three-year fellowship in Hematology/ Oncology at East Carolina University/Brody School of Medicine. She is board certified in medical oncology and has been recognized many times as one of Castle Connolly’s Top Doctors
