Rosemary C. She, M.D.
- Clinical Pathology
- Professor, Department of Pathology
Rosemary She, M.D., was inspired to pursue a career in medicine by its harmonious blend of science and humanity. Her passion for helping others while delving into the scientific aspects of health and pathology led her to become a physician.
Dr. She chose pathology because of its dedicated focus on testing and diagnoses, which are integral to patient care. Her interest in medical microbiology grew from its intricate connection to infectious diseases, pathology, and medicine, and she is captivated by the interplay between microorganisms and human health.
She obtained her medical degree from the University of California San Diego School of Medicine. She further honed her expertise through an anatomic and clinical pathology residency, as well as medical microbiology fellowship training at the University of Utah Health Sciences Center/Associated Regional and University Pathologists Laboratories.
Outside of work, she loves gardening, traveling and engaging in sports like tennis, basketball, running and table tennis, which enrich her life beyond the realms of medicine.
