Saro Manoukian, M.D., is a diagnostic radiologist at City of Hope® Cancer Center Duarte, where he works closely with patients and their care teams to accurately diagnose a wide range of abdominal cancers. Drawn to a career in medicine by his joint passions for science and making a different in the lives of others, Dr. Manoukian takes a compassionate approach to care that is founded in the latest innovations in imaging and radiology.
After earning his medical degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York, Dr. Manoukian completed an internship in internal medicine at Alameda County Medical Center in Oakland, California, a residency in diagnostic radiology at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts — where he served as chief resident — and an abdominal imaging/cross-sectional radiology fellowship at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.
A member of several professional associations including the American College of Radiology, Dr. Manoukian has been listed as a “Top Doctor” by both Los Angeles Magazine and Pasadena Magazine and has published multiple peer-reviewed articles.
