Taedo Jake Choi, M.D., is an interventional radiologist at City of Hope® Cancer Center Duarte, where he uses image-guided, minimally invasive procedures to help diagnose and treat a wide variety of cancer types. Dr. Choi’s philosophy is based on close collaboration with his patients and physician colleagues, and he believes that personalized health goals are the key to supporting a patient’s cancer journey and their quality of life.
Dr. Choi earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University in August, Georgia, then completed a residency in diagnostic radiology and a fellowship in interventional radiology, both at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C.
A member of the Society of Interventional Radiology, Dr. Choi is board-certified in both diagnostic and interventional radiology. He has presented on his research at conferences in the United States and beyond and has multiple peer-reviewed publications to his name.
