When was the administrative fellowship program developed?
The fellowship program started in 1998. We usually have between two to three fellows each fellowship cycle.

How much vacation time is available?
All full-time employees receive a benefits package that includes vacation time. Upon employment, Human Resources will provide detailed information.

Each fellow will receive a full compensation package including health, dental, vision care and paid time off during the year.

The number of administrative fellows accepted is dependent upon the application pool each year.

Am I eligible for the fellowship if I did not attend a CAHME or AUPHA school?
Applications from non-CAHME or AUPHA programs will be accepted for review. Please contact Azka Khawaja (akhawaja@coh.org) to verify your eligibility. Also, note that you must have completed your graduate course work prior to the start of the fellowship to be considered for our Administrative Fellowship program.

Will you still be accepting fellows for the 2023-2024 Fellowship in light of COVID-19?
We're taking preventive measures to protect our patients, caregivers and staff as the COVID-19 situation evolves. We will still be accepting applications to City of Hope’s Administrative Fellowship 2023-2024.
