Are you still using NAFCAS for the application process?

No. This year we moved our application to only on our City of Hope careers website. Please apply directly there.
 
When are the informational webinars?

Our webinar schedule for the 2027-28 Administrative Fellowship Application Cycle will be posted soon. Typically, they occur late July to late August. Please be on the lookout for our RSVP link! 

Is this a paid fellowship and if so how much is the compensation?
Yes, this is a competitively paid fellowship.

When was the administrative fellowship program developed?
The fellowship program started in 1998. We usually have between two to three fellows each fellowship cycle.
 
How much vacation time is available?
All full-time employees receive a benefits package that includes vacation time. Upon employment, Human Resources will provide detailed information.
 
What is included in the benefits package?
Each fellow will receive a full compensation package including health, dental, vision care and paid time off during the year.
 
How long is the fellowship program?
The fellowship program lasts for one year, beginning in July of each calendar year.
 
How many administrative fellows do you take each year?
The number of administrative fellows accepted is dependent upon the application pool each year.
 
Am I eligible for the fellowship if I did not attend a CAHME or AUPHA school?
Applications from non-CAHME or AUPHA programs will be accepted for review. Please see contacts below to verify your eligibility. Also, note that you must have completed your graduate course work prior to the start of the fellowship to be considered for our Administrative Fellowship program.
