Administrative Fellowship Program
City of Hope’s Administrative Fellowship Program provides a unique and rewarding experience in health care administration across our clinical enterprise, which includes a clinical research hospital, outpatient treatment center and a growing network of community practice sites across Southern California, Phoenix, Chicago and Atlanta.
Our program is designed for aspiring leaders with relevant experience who are motivated to take initiative, translate academic theory to practice and continuously learn. We focus on developing key competencies, skills and experiences to cultivate effective managers that will successfully lead projects, solve complex issues and improve daily operations.
Under the guidance of the preceptor, fellowship managers, and other executive leaders, fellows will complete meaningful project work, foster their leadership style and receive valuable mentorship. Fellows will be at the forefront of daily challenges, strategic initiatives and critical decision making.
City of Hope® offers two fellowship sites, City of Hope Cancer Center Duarte and City of Hope Orange County Lennar Foundation Cancer Center, each with their own unique set of experiences.
