Clinical Cancer Genomics Working Group at City of Hope
Clinical Cancer Genomics (CCG) Working Group is a Continuing Medical Education-accredited interdisciplinary cancer genetics case conference series conducted each week by the City of Hope clinical team. The Cancer Screening & Prevention ProgramSM network and affiliated clinicians across the U.S. present cases from their community practices via web conferencing for discussion and recommendations on risk assessment, surveillance, risk management and identification of research eligibility for cases covering the full spectrum of hereditary cancer.
- Identify tools, strategies and resources used to establish differential diagnoses and risk assessment strategies for patients seen through the Cancer Screening & Prevention Program and affiliate community-based programs.
- Recognize evidence-based guidelines and resources for developing personalized cancer risk management plans for patients.
- Formulate and share questions and suggestions related to specific cases discussed during and/or after sessions with other participants and faculty.
All City of Hope employees and Clinical Cancer Genomics community of practice members are invited to attend.
