Financial Information

TUITION AND FEES

Tuition for the program is in the amount of $15,000. In addition, there is a nonrefundable fee of $50 required with each application submitted. Payments by money order and check are accepted.

Tuition is to be paid in two installments:   
First installment of $7,500 due Oct. 31. 
Second installment of $7,500 due April 30.

TUITION REFUNDS

Students must submit a letter of withdrawal to the program director no later than the dates listed; refund of tuition is as follows:

First Installment:  
100 percent REFUND from receipt of tuition to Nov. 30
50 percent REFUND from Dec. 1 to Jan. 31
NO REFUND after Jan. 31

Second Installment:  
100 percent REFUND from receipt of tuition to May 31.
50 percent REFUND from June 1st to July 31.
NO REFUND after July 31.

TEXTBOOKS/INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIAL
Students are responsible for the purchase of required textbooks prior to the commencement of the program. Cost of textbooks is approximately $500.
 
FINANCIAL AID
The program is not Title IV funded and students are not eligible for federal student aid.
 
UNIFORMS
Students will be required to wear uniform scrubs during their clinical internship. Estimated cost is $250.
 
PARKING AND STUDENT ID BADGE
Students may be required to pay for parking at their clinical sites, as well as the cost of their student identification badge. Estimated cost of badge is $10.00 with parking costs reimbursed.
 
PROFESSIONAL SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP
Students are encouraged to join the American Society of Radiologic Technology to pursue scholarships opportunities as well as educational resources.  Estimated cost is $125.00 for active membership or $85.00 for those students who graduated from their initial radiography program within the past 24 months.

HOUSING
No on-site housing available.
