Hayder Alzubaidi, M.D., considers providing kindness, compassion and comfort to be the foundation of his medical practice. He strives to ensure that his interactions with patients are a positive element in their day, and is passionate about his role in digging deeper to find the root cause of a medical issue, rather than simply treating symptoms.
Dr. Alzubaidi earned his medical degree from St. Matthews University in the Cayman Islands, followed by an internship and residency at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia, where he received an award for professionalism from the chief residents. Board certified in internal medicine and fluent in Arabic, Dr. Alzubaidi was a hospitalist and assistant professor at Loma Linda University before joining City of Hope®.
Away from the clinic, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising and traveling.
