Linda Ling-Ying Liu, M.D., is a board-certified breast cancer surgeon at City of Hope® Care Center Scottsdale and City of Hope Cancer Center Phoenix. With more than 20 years’ experience in her field and a collaborative approach to care, Dr. Liu is dedicated to working closely with patients to ensure they receive innovative, compassionate care and superior aesthetic results.

Dr. Liu graduated from Princeton University and earned her medical degree at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York, graduating with AOA honors. She then pursued a general surgery residency at the University of Michigan Hospitals in Ann Arbor, where she was recognized for her excellence in medical student teaching. Prior to joining City of Hope, Dr. Liu held multiple positions at some of Arizona’s largest cancer clinics and has led numerous community education programs focused on breast cancer screening and care.

In addition to having authored multiple peer-reviewed publications, Dr. Liu has been recognized for more than 10 years as a “Top Doc” in Arizona, according to Phoenix Magazine.
