Ravikanth R. Tadi, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine hospitalist whose career spans both community and academic medical settings in California and Missouri. He is noted for his leadership as a hospitalist at City of Hope® Orange County Cancer Specialty Hospital, Community Hospitalist Physician Group in Clovis and Fresno, CA, following earlier roles in Fresno and St. Louis where he managed acute inpatient care and worked flexibly as both a dayshift hospitalist and nocturnist.
“In my experience as a hospitalist, I believe strongly in the importance of collaboration and coordination with physicians and patients,” he says.
Dr. Tadi’s medical leadership includes serving as vice chair of the Department of Medicine at Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital and on key medical executive and ethics committees. He has an extensive teaching background, instructing medical students as adjunct clinical assistant professor at A.T. Still University and mentoring residents during his time at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. A published researcher, his work appears in Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology and the European Respiratory Review.
Dr. Tadi completed his MD at Wayne State University, residency at University of Miami, and holds an MS from UC Riverside and a BA from UC Berkeley. He enjoys family time, travel with his wife Marissa, and speaks Telugu and Spanish.
