Uterine Serous Carcinoma (ADAGIO)

NCT04590248: Principal investigator Daphne B. Stewart, M.D., M.S., is actively recruiting patients for a Phase 2B study on the benefits of adavosertib, in patients with recurrent or persistent uterine serous carcinoma (USC) who have previously received at least one prior platinum-based chemotherapy regimen for the management of USC.

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Histologically confirmed recurrent or persistent USC 
  • At least one prior platinum-based chemotherapy regimen for the management of USC
  • Life expectancy of 12 weeks or more
 

Ovarian, Uterine, Appendiceal, Colorectal or Gastric Cancer

NCT04329494: Principal investigator Thanh H. Dellinger, M.D., is actively recruiting patients for a study on the benefits of pressurized intraperitoneal aerosol chemotherapy in treating patients with ovarian, uterine, appendiceal, stomach (gastric) or colorectal cancer that has spread to the lining of the abdominal cavity (peritoneal carcinomatosis).
