Supportive care, such as nutrition, physical therapy and mental health services, can improve their outcomes and experience.
A recent study at City of Hope | Antelope Valley found that telehealth can be used successfully to provide special assessments and supportive care interventions to older adults in high-poverty, lower-resourced communities.
