Glynis Vashi, M.D., is an internal medicine and intake physician at City of Hope® Cancer Center Chicago, where she works with patients when they’re first admitted to City of Hope, managing care related to both their cancer diagnosis and any other health conditions they may be experiencing.
Dr. Vashi earned her medical degree at the University of Mumbai in her native India, where she also completed her post-graduate training. She then moved to the United States and completed a residency in internal medicine at Michigan State University in East Lansing. Before joining City of Hope, Dr. Vashi was a senior staff physician at the Henry Ford Medical Center in Woodhaven, Michigan.
Dr. Vashi, who has worked in several medical facilities in the United States and beyond, is a member of the American Medical Association and American College of Physicians.
