Jeffrey Schriber, M.D., F.R.C.P., is a hematologist at City of Hope® Cancer Center Phoenix, where he leads a multidisciplinary team of specialists dedicated to the diagnosis and clinical management of all types and stages of hematologic malignancies and blood disorders, with a focus on providing leading-edge treatments and compassionate, personalized care.
Dr. Schriber works with patients with a wide range of cancer types, using the latest research and results from genomic testing to ensure that patients are educated about their condition and treatment options and receive a personalized care plan for their diagnosis. Options may include chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, stem cell transplantation and other innovative cellular therapies. In addition to treating patients, Dr. Schriber is dedicated to helping pioneer new blood cancer research through City of Hope’s renowned clinical trials program.
After earning his medical degree at the University of Toronto in Canada, Dr. Schriber completed fellowships in internal medicine and hematology there. He went on to complete a fellowship in bone marrow transplantation at Stanford University Medical Center in Stanford, California. A member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Hematology and the American Society for Transplantation and Cellular Therapy, Dr. Schriber is double board-certified in internal medicine and hematology and is a highly respected, well published scholar in the field of stem cell transplantation.
