You don't have to worry about getting to and from our hospital. City of Hope’s Parking and Transportation team is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Express Check-In Kiosks
After your first visit, you can access our express self-check-in kiosks and be able to:
- Check-in for your appointments and print your itinerary
- Make a payment online via Visa, MasterCard, or Discover (debit/credit)
- Sign up for the MyCityofHope patient portal
Please note that the kiosk service is not available if you are visiting for the first time, your name and insurance has changed since your last visit, or if you will be making your co-payment with cash, check or debit card.
