City of Hope® Cancer Care Downtown Chicago offers patients in and around Chicago medical oncology, radiation oncology and hematologic oncology services in an outpatient setting, delivered by a team of experts who work collaboratively to understand each patient’s specific diagnosis and needs. Whether a patient is recently diagnosed or seeking a second opinion, our Downtown Chicago location offers expertise that comes from working exclusively with cancer patients with all stages and types of the disease. 

At City of Hope in Downtown Chicago, our team’s goal is to provide the best possible experience. We understand that cancer can be stressful, and that’s why we pride ourselves on:

  • Offering appointments in as little as 24 hours
  • Completing all diagnostic testing and providing a recommended treatment plan in as little as a week
  • Handling appointment scheduling, insurance verification and medical record gathering so patients can focus on their health and healing
  • Accommodating patient needs with extended treatment hours and access to a multidisciplinary team that strives to make themselves readily available to answer any questions

City of Hope cares for patients by pairing our expertise in numerous cancers and conditions with world-class technologies and services.

City of Hope Cancer Care Downtown Chicago is conveniently located just off Michigan Avenue in the Streeterville neighborhood. Parking is available at the Cityfront Garage located at 240 Upper E. Illinois St., just east of our location. Pedestrian elevators are in the southwest corner of the garage. Once you exit the garage, walk west on Illinois Street and cross St. Clair Street. The entrance to the outpatient care center will be on your right. Our staff will validate parking for the CityFront Garage after your appointment(s) for the day are complete.

That’s why we take care of the logistical details, like verifying insurance and gathering medical records for patients, allowing for a well-coordinated experience.
