Oncologists are urging people to avoid dryer sheets and fabric softeners due to concerns about undisclosed chemicals that may increase cancer risk. City of Hope's Krushangi Patel, M.D., a medical oncologist, explains that cancer develops from a combination of factors over many years, including environmental exposures.
