Communicate Directly with Your Physician & Care Team
- For emergencies: If this is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.
- For immediate needs any time of day: Please call 949-671-HOPE (4673) to speak to your care team and follow the call tree for established patients.
- If calling Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. follow the prompts to be connected with the clinic.
- If calling after 6 p.m. or on weekends, follow the prompts to page the on-call provider. Our digital paging system will request your callback number, and a clinician will return your call.
- For non-urgent needs: You can contact your care team by sending a secure message through our patient portal, MyCityofHope. Most messages receive a response within one to two business days. Please note: MyCityofHope is not intended for urgent medical concerns.
