Natalie Schnaitmann is the Executive Director of the Department of Supportive Care Medicine where she will continue in the leadership and development of the internationally-renowned Department and work to further the efforts of elevating supportive medicine in cancer care for patients nationally.
Dr. Elham Abboud is a Pathologist at City of Hope Chicago. She works closely with our medical oncologists to personalize cancer treatment. The information she provides helps each patient’s oncologist recommend the most appropriate and individualized cancer treatments.

As a medical oncologist at City of Hope Cancer Center Phoenix, Khaled Abouelezz, MD., M.Ed., provides innovative clinical care for patients with a range of gastrointestinal cancers, including esophageal, pancreatic, biliary, colon and anal cancer.
Trinka Adamson, D.V.M., is an Associate Research Professor in the division of comparative medicine at the Beckman Research Institute of City of Hope.
Dr. Adesunloye is Chief of Medical Oncology at City of Hope® Atlanta, evaluating and treating patients with various types and stages of cancer.
Dr. Afkhami is chief of the Division of Molecular Pathology and Therapy Biomarkers, Department of Pathology, at City of Hope in Duarte, California.
Plastic surgeon Mouchammed Agko, M.D., understands that many cancer survivors want to continue their lives after treatment without physical reminders of the disease. His goal is to help them achieve that — in addition to providing additional aesthetic improvements, if it meets a patient’s needs.

Michael Berens, Ph.D.

Dr. Berens is studying the changes in glioma gene expression that accompany the transition of cell egress from multicellular spheroids and tumor, the adoption of an invasive/migratory phenotype, and the subsequent cessation of invasion that coincides with resumed proliferation.
Haiyong Han, Ph.D.
Professor, Molecular Medicine Division
Dr. Han’s research at TGen involves the development of early detection makers and novel therapeutics for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, particularly pancreatic cancer.
