Forma Scientific Liquid Nitrogen Tank
Liquid Nitrogen tank used to store cell vials for long term storage in the vapor phase.

Two freezers with multiple compartments used for low temperature storage.

The deli is used to hold the HTB’s daily used media, stains, and kits.
Nexelcom Cellometer
This automated cell counter plays a big part in the HTB’s daily work. Using a stain, the Cellometer counts not only the sample concentration but also provides the sample viability.
Sanyo CO2 Incubators
The five percent Carbon Dioxide incubators in the HTB are mainly used to culture cell lines.
ThermoFisher CryoExtra LN2
This VW-sized liquid nitrogen tank is used to store specimens procured by the HTB.
Thermo scientific NanoDrop
The NanoDrop is used in the HTB to measure the concentration and purity of extracted DNA and RNA from samples.
