oncologist known for his trailblazing discoveries, leadership, and advocacy for equity in clinical study participation.

Annette Morgan, MBA, is Chief Operating Officer for City of Hope Orange County, part of one of the largest and most advanced cancer research and treatment organizations in the United States and ranked among the Top 5 cancer institutions in the nation by U.S. News & World Report.

Larry Zeiber
Vice President, Philanthropy, City of Hope Orange County
A development executive who has managed multi-billion-dollar fundraising efforts at major institutions, Larry leads the fundraising for City of Hope Orange County. He is committed to growing individual and corporate contributions, expanding our donor base, and solidifying relationships with the philanthropic community.

Darrin Godin
Vice President, Marketing and Communications, City of Hope Orange County
Darrin leads the marketing and communications for our Irvine campus and network of care in Orange County. He focuses on building awareness, expanding City of Hope’s reputation, and establishing new partnerships. He is also the host of the Talking Hope podcast.

Gloria Preciado
Chief of Staff, City of Hope Orange County
As the Chief of Staff for the President of City of Hope Orange County, Gloria Preciado offers strategic guidance and serves as a trusted advisor at the highest levels. With her expertise in strategic planning, executive advisory, transformational change, reputation management, and partnership development, she plays a critical role in shaping the organization's direction.

Nishan Tchekmedyian, M.D.
Deputy Physician-in-Chief, City of Hope Orange County
Dr. Tchekmedyian supports clinical operations, research, education, staffing and recruitment activities, working closely with City of Hope leadership teams to ensure more people benefit from our advanced cancer research and treatment. He is an integral part of activating the City of Hope Orange County specialty cancer hospital opening in 2025. Dr. Tchekmedyian has been repeatedly recognized as an Orange County Medical Association Physician of Excellence.

Louis Magdits, M.H.A.
Vice President, Ambulatory Services, and Chief Operating Officer, City of Hope Medical Foundation
Louis is responsible for overseeing all clinical network and ambulatory care operations across City of Hope’s Southern California region, including the Orange Country clinical network. Prior to his current roles, he served as Vice President of Operations for Clinical Network, imaging and Radiation. Louis is a past fellow of the City of Hope Administrative Fellowship Program.
