COVID-19 Virus Information widget
At City of Hope, your health is our highest priority. We are taking all necessary precautions to protect our patients, their families and caregivers, and our staff as the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, including a no visitor policy  and requirement to wear a mask at all times. If a patient arrives without a mask, we’ll provide one.
As an NCI-designated comprehensive cancer center, City of Hope has the highest standards of infection prevention and control. We continue to be diligent about actively screening individuals based on guidelines from the Department of Public Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Located just northeast of Los Angeles, City of Hope’s Duarte main campus is a lushly landscaped sanctuary for patients dealing with cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening illnesses. Serene gardens designed for quiet contemplation surround state-of-the-art medical and research facilities, where new treatments are being developed to help our patients live longer, better and more fully.
With additional locations across Los Angeles, Ventura, Riverside, Orange and San Bernardino counties, our unique approach to care is available in your community.
