Division of Surgical Oncology

The Division of Surgical Oncology is dedicated to providing world-class personalized care throughout our network of expert physicians. We recognize the importance of patient-focused care as we collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, radiologists, geneticists and supportive care specialists.

Our Philosophy and Expertise

The central tenet of our work is to provide the best outcomes and quality of life for our patients as they go through this challenging journey. Our surgeons have expertise in state-of-the-art minimally invasive approaches to optimize recovery and restoration of health.

We are one of the only centers with minimally invasive trials in peritoneal surface malignancies, a well-established hepatic artery infusion pump program for metastatic colorectal cancer to the liver, a high-volume robotic surgery program for gastric and gastroesophageal cancers, and the only program with isolated limb infusion for recurrent melanoma and sarcoma in the extremities.

The Division of Surgical Oncology is a well-equipped team across San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County and Orange County. We are committed to you as the patient, to curing cancer and to prolonging survival.

Additionally, we're dedicated to training future leaders in surgical oncology and offer a two-year complex general surgical oncology fellowship.
