Specialty Programs
Pelvic Health
This program addresses a variety of pelvic floor symptoms, including urinary incontinence after prostate cancer surgery; bladder, bowel and vaginal symptoms after gynecological cancer treatments; and sexual health concerns like vaginal narrowing and pain with sexual activity following radiation treatments.
Certain cancers and their treatments can interfere with pelvic floor function, which can result in incontinence and/or pain. Our physical therapists are trained to treat this sensitive issue.
Stem Cell Transplant
This program targets fatigue and muscle weakness associated with steroid use, decreased aerobic capacity, poor balance and neuropathy in the hands and feet following a stem cell transplantation procedure. Our physical therapists will help you address these symptoms and stay active, when admitted in the hospital and after discharge, with exercise prescription tailored to your needs.
