Is My Insurance Accepted?
City of Hope’s clinical network currently works with many insurance companies, but you should always check with your health insurance provider to make sure care with us is covered. Your provider will also tell you whether you need any authorizations. If you wish to receive treatment at City of Hope but we're not currently contracted with your insurance plan, contact your insurance company to ask about getting authorization to be treated with us.
No Surprise Billing
When you're treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network facility, you are protected from balance billing. In these cases, you shouldn't be charged more than your plan's copayments, coinsurance and/or deductible. Learn about your rights and protections against surprise medical bills.

Meet the City of Hope Arcadia Team
The clinical care team at City of Hope Arcadia includes doctors, nurses and supportive care staff with expertise in treating all stages and types of cancer. Through collaboration with physicians across the City of Hope national network, we develop personalized treatment plans for each patient, taking into account his or her unique diagnosis, overall health and individual needs and preferences.
Dr. Burton’s specialties include male and female voiding dysfunction, incontinence, benign prostatic hyperplasia, bladder neck obstruction, bladder and uterovaginal prolapse, rectocele, female genitourinary reconstruction, urethral diverticulum and urinary tract fistula.
A prolific researcher and talented surgeon, Mike Y. Chen, M.D., Ph.D., has been on City of Hope's neurosurgery team since 2007. He specializes in complex operations for the removal of brain and spine tumors.
Samuel W. Chung, M.D., is a hematologist and medical oncologist at City of Hope cancer research hospital in Arcadia, California.
Christopher Chung, M.D., is a urogynecologist and an associate clinical professor in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology. He sees patients in Duarte and Arcadia, California.
