Division of Breast Surgery

Tiana Douglas, PA-C is a Physician Associate in the Department of Breast Surgery at The City of Hope National Medical Center. She is a skilled practitioner and a highly valued colleague with nearly 30 years of experience in her profession. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California (USC) in 1996 and a master's in business administration from California Baptist University in 2003. After a brief time working in the field of Primary Care, she dedicated many years to working in Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care. She joined St. Jude Heritage's, in Fullerton, breast surgery department where she dedicated her career to helping breast oncology patients and later joined City of Hope in 2024.

Hannah Mora PA-C, MPH is a Physician Associate in the Department of Surgical Oncology at City of Hope. With a background in public health, she views practicing medicine with a community and population health lens. She received her Masters of Public Health (2010) and Masters in Physician Associate Practice (2018) at the University of Southern California . Prior to her medical education, she spent years in clinical and health services research focused on patient quality outcomes. She completed an intensive course in cancer risk assessment at City of Hope becoming part of the Clinical Cancer Genomics Community of Practice. PA Mora has been a member of City of Hope's surgical oncology team since 2019.

Charlene Nuno, PA-C is a Physician Associate in the Department of Breast Surgery at The City of Hope National Medical Center. She is a skilled practitioner and a highly valued colleague with nearly 30 years of experience in her profession. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California (USC) in 1996, after transferring from California State University, Northridge. After a brief time working in the field of Primary Care, she joined City of Hope in 1998, where she has dedicated her career helping breast oncology patients.

Carmen Sedgeman Riley, NP-C is a Nurse Practitioner in the Department of Breast Surgery at City of Hope National Medical Center. Carmen is a skilled practitioner with a total of 20 plus years of experience in the medical field and a highly valued colleague. She has been working on our breast team since 2011 and prior to that was working in the Pre-Anesthesia Testing Clinic. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from California State University,  Los Angeles in 2006. Her working oncology experience started at Methodist Hospital of Arcadia as a Registered Nurse administering chemotherapy to patients. She has found her niche in the nursing profession as a nurse practitioner in oncology and is dedicated to helping this special population.

Betty Wang, PA-C, graduated from Marshall B. Ketchum University in 2020. Driven by a passion for surgery and patient care, she built her clinical foundation through experience in plastic surgery in Newport Beach, vascular surgery, and surgical oncology at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.  She joined the breast surgical oncology team at City of Hope in 2025, where she found a community that shares her belief that healing begins by caring for the whole person—not just the diagnosis. 

Pady Vang, PA-C is a Physician Associate at City of Hope specializing in medical oncology. Her passion for oncology was inspired by the loss of her brother to osteosarcoma, motivating her to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families facing cancer. Prior to joining City of Hope, she practiced in hematology, oncology, and breast oncology. Fluent in French and Hmong, Pady is committed to ensuring patients feel heard, informed, and supported throughout their treatment journey, while bringing cultural sensitivity and a collaborative approach to the multidisciplinary care team.
