Upland Location

The accessible location of City of Hope’s Upland site puts our patients within easy reach of an urgent care facility and laboratory services, offering convenience when traveling between appointments. City of Hope physicians are on-site to administer radiation oncology services to our patients. Upland patients have the opportunity to participate in City of Hope's groundbreaking clinical trials, involving new drugs and leading-edge treatments before they are widely available. We are dedicated to creating a positive and healing environment in our expanded location, which features a light and bright infusion room painted in soothing natural colors. Our treatment room features large and comfortable heated chairs, heated blankets, a nutrition center with free beverages and snacks, complimentary iPads with headphones and free guest Wi-Fi, all contributing to making our patients' time here for treatment as easy and stress-free as possible.

Services offered

  • Medical oncology — Our multidisciplinary team of medical oncologists, researchers, nurse practitioners and other health professionals work together from diagnosis to treatment. We offer our patients the latest advances in chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, immuno-oncology drugs, biologic therapy and targeted therapy.
  • Hematology — Our nationally recognized experts treat blood cancers, as well as disorders relating to blood and tissues. With ongoing research and groundbreaking clinical trials, City of Hope offers treatment plans with the most innovative therapies available anywhere.
  • Gynecology/Gynecologic Oncology — We offer robotic and minimally invasive techniques as part of treatment for most gynecologic cancers, preventive surgery for women at high risk for developing cancer, advanced cytoreductive surgery and heated intraperitoneal chemotherapy for patients with ovarian cancer.
  • Outpatient chemotherapy — Our medical oncologists will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan using chemotherapy drugs, as well as other treatment options.
  • Urology and Urologic Oncology — Our highly skilled urologists address both women’s and men’s urologic health, as well as most general urologic issues, including treatment of cancer, benign tumors, laser surgery for prostate obstruction, vasectomy, urinary tract infections (UTI) and cystitis.
  • Radiation oncology — Advances in image-guided radiation therapy allow us to deliver more intense doses of radiation in a more focused area of the body, increasing its effectiveness against cancer while minimizing its impact on surrounding tissues.
  • Pediatric Oncology Services — Our dedicated team consists of world-class professionals specially trained in the treatment of pediatric, adolescent and young adult cancer and blood diseases. Specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of both benign and malignant tumors, as well as a variety of blood disorders, our board-certified pediatric oncologists and hematologists work together with others to develop a targeted and effective treatment plans.
