Clinical supportive medicine is a special team of doctors and nurses who work with patients, families and the main health-care team to help improve your quality of life. They are experts in keeping patients comfortable at any point during their treatment.

We provide the following services and support:

  • Address early symptoms of a patient’s disease and side effects of treatment.
  • Control pain and manage uncontrolled or a complex range of symptoms.
  • Help clarify hard choices and make value-based medical decisions.
  • Understand what you value and use it to guide decisions.

Delivering Compassionate Supportive and Palliative Care Through Technology

Meet with your Care Team from the Convenience of your Home

Hope Virtual is a telehealth platform, accessed through your MyCityofHope account, that allows you to connect with members of your health care team at City of Hope through video on your smartphone, tablet or computer. Though not appropriate for all medical visits, Hope Virtual allows you to see your provider from home or wherever is most convenient for you, instead of having to drive to one of our facilities to receive care.
